Card autopay, no surcharge
Payment is by credit card on automatic monthly billing, charged in advance. There is no surcharge for paying by card. Projects are quoted flat and billed as agreed in the quote.

A/V advisory
We don’t sell equipment and we don’t take commissions — so the advice has no thumb on the scale.

How billing works
Twelve months, then month to month
Plans start with a 12-month minimum, billed monthly — that commitment is what pays for the free website. After the first year, they simply continue month to month.
Annual prepayment
Some fiscal years suit one payment and one approval. Annual prepayment is available on request, at the same price.
Hardware and licenses, bought direct
We research and recommend; you order directly, in your own name, on your own card. Nothing passes through us and nothing is marked up — the warranty and license are yours.
